1. Clinical Appointments & Bookings

Appointments at our Sadiqabad clinic or for home physical therapy sessions across Rawalpindi & Islamabad can be scheduled via website form, WhatsApp, or phone call.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled clinic appointment to allow for initial clinical intake.
• Home Visit Eligibility: Home physiotherapy is provided within specified operational zones across Rawalpindi & Islamabad. Confirmation is subject to therapist availability.
• Female Patient Privacy: Dedicated female DPT doctors are available for female patients upon prior request during booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We value our patients' time and maintain dedicated clinical slots for optimal care.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance via phone call or WhatsApp at +92 310 8421222.
• Repeated unannounced no-shows for home visit slots may require advance confirmation for future bookings.

3. Medical Disclaimers & Patient Obligations

Physical therapy assessments are performed by licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT).

• Accurate Medical History: Patients must disclose complete medical history, previous surgeries, medications, and cardiac/transplant conditions to ensure safe rehabilitation.
• Non-Emergency Notice: APRC provides outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation. For acute medical emergencies, patients should visit an emergency hospital immediately.

4. Payment & Consultation Fees

Treatment fees for in-clinic sessions, electrotherapy, dry needling, cupping therapy, and home visits are communicated prior to therapy. Payments are due upon completion of each therapy session or according to pre-agreed treatment package plans.

5. Website Use & Intellectual Property

Content on `bestphysiotharapy.com`—including clinical service descriptions, text, graphics, logos, and logos—is the property of APRC. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to local jurisdiction in Rawalpindi.
